Claude Coté

Mr. Claude Côté is retired from the Government of Quebec, where he worked as Executive Assistant and Interim Regional Director at the Ministry of Economy, Innovation and Energy. From 2016 to 2025, he successively held the positions of Director of the Marine Resources, Science and Technologies Cluster and Director of Innovation at the Consortium for Research and Innovation in Industrial Bioprocesses in Quebec (CRIBIQ). Over the past 15 years, he has supported companies and organizations operating in the sectors of marine technologies and biotechnologies, marine product processing and the circular economy.

His expertise in economic development and his commitment to the maritime sector have enabled him to support several young companies in the Québec maritime and elsewhere in Québec.
